Youth Strength and Conditioning
Ages 11-13
This workout involves sprints, agility, speed, balance, quickness drills, conditioning, strength and power lifting. The program can be geared for all sports.(Football, baseball, Soccer, Lacrosse, etc). Come join the fun and become a member of the In-Tone Fitness team. We currently are looking for new participants for this program.
