Lifestyle Fitness Challenge

The Lifestyle Fitness Challenge took place January and Feburary of 2007 on WNCT CH. 9. The purpose of the challenge was to measure how exercise effected each individual psychologically and physically.

We measured how sports and fitness had on each individual person. (Ex. How exercise effected stress levels, emotions, and just and overall outlook on life). The exercise portion was done twice a week for 45 minutes and challenged each person to lose as much weight as possible in a given period of time. Tennis was the sport of choice in the challenge.

The style of training was designated ” Boot Camp”. The overall winner was determined based on the amount of a total percentage of fat loss. All the statistics were documented and recorded.

The ending ceremonies took place at the Colonial Mall in Greenville, NC and was filmed on WNCT CH. 9. As you can see from the before and after pictures the results were great
