Lunch Break  Workouts


C.S.I. ( Cardio Strength Intervals) This class is taught at lunch and is only 30 minutes long. The class is a blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises.

This class proves to be different every session so you never get bored. Perfect for the person who wants to finish their workout in a hurry and get the best results in a short period of time.

The cost is $70.00 a month. Class is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30pm.
