Diet & Nutrition
Education for my clients is a big part of the weight loss or weight gain process. Each client is given a food list to look at that has several good foods to chose from. I highly recommend purchasing one of our food journals that we sale at InTone Fitness. It is a great tool to aid in the weight-loss process. I advise my clients to eat 4 to 5 small meals a day. This list will provide the foundation for them to start a good eating regiment. I also have a list of sample meals and a list of food alternatives that I give my clients. The food list is broken up into basically 5 parts:
- Proteins
- Carbohydrates Vegetables
- Fats
- Vegetables
- Foods to avoid

For more in-depth help on nutrition I recommend my clients to one of the dietians I work with. For an additional cost she can tailor a more specific diet plan to meet each individuals needs. She may recommend seeing you every other week or once a month.
Nutritional Supplements
Nutritional supplements are healthy and most are delicious. These are good supplements I may reccommend to my clients diet, especially to help reduce body fat. They are taken usually 2 times a day with a good sound diet. The purpose of these supplements are to help keep the body’s metabolism up throughout the day and to help curb the appetite and keep insulin levels regulated. They are a good tasting snack that I think my clients will enjoy.
