Lots of Cross Training & Cardio!  A hard core workout that will challenge you at ANY fitness level. Sprinting, Push-Ups, Pull Ups, Log Lifts, etc… This 50 minute to 1 Hour group personal training follows the outline of Military types of workouts are exciting, fun and definitely worth the effort; as you are bound to see RESULTS!
