Boot Camp Express is a 30 minute specialized 
group personal training Class that includes 
functional training, powerlifts,cardio and 
calisthenics. 8 weeks long, it is more 
cardio intensive and a little more physically
demanding. It is good for beginners 
or people who want to advance!!
