  • “I’m an East Carolina University graduate with a BFA in Metal Design, born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina. I work full time at Omega Sports where I fit customers for athletic, walking, or running shoes based on their specific foot biomechanics. I’ve been working with Omega Sports for 8 years and counting. Some may say cheerleading isn’t a sport, but in middle and high school, it was the perfect sport for me and way to stay in shape. Since college, I’ve become very passionate about running. I train on a weekly basis to become faster and stronger. I challenge myself and in turn help challenge others… and believe me, it’s beautiful watching someone find beauty within them.”

I am highly skilled and have trained for about 8 years in Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Kick Boxing, and I am familiar with Muy Thai due to my brief 1.5 years of training. I have been doing personal boxing training for adults and kids, some with special needs and also the under privileged. I have been doing one on one training session for about 2 years, and have recently begun doing group class at title boxing.

I’m currently am undefeated in MMA (8-0). I am the undefeated Battle of the South titleholder in both the 185lb weight class and the 205lb weight class. I also hold The World Kickboxing Association title of USA National Champion in Thai Boxing, which earned me a place on the US team for the World Championship tournament. During my career with MMA I have received 4 other titles/ championships including; 185lb King of Jacksonville title, 205lb King of Jacksonville, and the 185lb XFC Championship title.

My goal is to help others maintain their fitness goals, as well as accomplish their fitness goals. As someone who was over weight, I have personally over-come what was one of the most difficult battles of my life. It is important to me to encourage and support others fighting the same battle! It is also my goal to teach others the art of fighting that has become such a big part of my life.

Emily is a graduate of ECU with a degree in musical theatre. Emily spent the last 6 years traveling nationally and internationally as a singer/dancer. In that time she became a certified personal trainer through NAFC and developed her passion for fitness. Being a dancer her whole life, Emily is used to high energy and cardio and is ready to share her passion with others. Along with high cardio and endurance training, she loves weight training and focusing on fat loss and building and toning muscle. Emily is excited in joining the InTone Fitness family!
