One on One training
Involves working with one client throughout the entire exercise regiment. Individualized and specific for one individual. This may be 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions.
Pairs Training
This method of training involves working with 2 people or partners at the same time doing the same or different exercises. Usually this provides a little more of a challenge to the client. Also, usually 1/2 hour or 1 hr. sessions and is at a reduced rate.
Group or Group Personal Training
Generally applies to groups of people ranging from 3-6 in numbers and is a good motivating factor for a great deal of people and is cheaper. This training style can be done in a circuit(station to station) or through interval training.
Interval training may consists of more cardio, jump rope, running, kickboxing, weighttraining, stairclimbing, etc. is a quick way for a lot of people to accomplish the same or different goals.
•Length of training sessions- 1/2 hour, 1 hour
•Times: 6am – 8pm
•Training sessions are usually made by appointments
Athletic Training
This type of training is primarily for the athlete who may want to get bigger, faster or stronger at whatever sport he or she plays. Generally ages range from 9 through the college and professional ranks. These sessions may be 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and cover areas such as:

•Quickness
•Agility
•Weighttraining
•Plyometrics
•Powerlifting
