In-Tone Fitness is owned and operated by Michael Vann and is dedicated to helping people reach their goals whether it is for weight loss, toning, resistance training, core training, flexibility, building mass and strength, speed and quickness. In-Tone Fitness specializes in areas such as personal training (One on one or Groups) athletic training, bodybuilding and nutritional weight loss for all ages.

InTone Fitness Walking Club ( Walk off 10 in 2010)- Join the club and meet a lot of friends on your way to walking off 10 or more pounds. This club is devoted to walking 1/2 mile to 3 miles in 1/2 hour. Please call us to sign-up! Start Date Jan. 4, every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm,  Price: Members: $25.00 a month, Non-Members: $50.00 a month. ( This class is discontinued at the moment!)
Pilates/Yoga Class
(Every Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm or Saturdays 10-11am) The class will be 1 hour.  Beginners welcome! Proper technique, body placement and breathing are emphasized for all levels. Any ages! So bring a friend and try a really good workout concentrated for a total body, core focused and a overall sense of well-being. The class is free for members and $30.00 per month for non-members.
Group Personal Training classes
Youth Strength and Conditioning(ages 11-13)
This workout involves sprints, agility, speed, balance, quickness drills, conditioning, strength and power lifting. The program can be geared for all sports.(Football, baseball, Soccer, Lacrosse, etc). Come join the fun and become a member of the In-Tone Fitness team. We currently are looking for new participants for this program.
Lunch Break Workouts
C.S.I. ( Cardio Strength Intervals) This class is taught at lunch and is only 30 minutes long. The class is a blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. This class proves to be different every session so you never get bored. Perfect for the person who wants to finish their workout in a hurry and get the best results in a short period of time. The cost is $70.00 a month. Class is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30pm. Call to sign up or for more details.
Boot Camp – If you are looking to challenge your body this is the workout for you. Call to sign up! This class helps build lean muscle, weightloss and increase strength & endurance. Only $75.00 a month, or $10.00 a class. Class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00- 7:00pm.
